About The Program
The journey begins with a 10-week intensive learning phase, featuring masterclasses, mentoring sessions, peer learning, case studies, assignments, and role plays crafted to deepen your understanding and readiness for board roles. Following this immersive experience, you will be matched with an organization for a 6-month advisory board placement, actively bridging the gap between aspiration and reality.
