Pan African Women Empowerment Network (PAWEN) is a social enterprise equipping African women with the Competence, Confidence, and Connections they need to become successful business and career leaders.
Our specially designed programmes with a rich curriculum, empowers our women with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to excel in business and lead confidently in the workplace. Spanning leadership, governance, emotional intelligence, confidence-building, and business training, these programmes are delivered by industry leaders who inspire and ignite the drive in our women to thrive and succeed.
We have a thriving online community of progressive women that serves as a platform for women to learn, collaborate, and support each other in achieving their personal and business goals.
Our coaches and mentors provide individual and group development sessions where women are given the knowledge, support, and clarity to achieve their career and business goals.
As PAWEN marks its 5th anniversary, we celebrate half a decade of empowering African women with the competence, confidence, and connections to lead and succeed. Our journey has been one of growth, resilience, and transformative impact, touching the lives of over 4000 women across the continent.
