Onboard Her Board Readiness Program addresses the gender gaps that exists on Boards by building an ecosystem that nurtures a network of board-ready female candidates  and connecting them with these opportunities.

Target Audience

Women who desire to apply their personal and professional skills to becoming a successful Board Director for a Board, Start Up, VC Funded, Non-Profit Boards, etc.

Learning Approcah

Masterclasses, mentoring sessions, peer learning, case studies, assignments, and role plays designed to deepen your understanding and readiness for board roles.

Program Selection Criteria

Application

The application process is competitive and based on an assessment of the applicant’s skills and experience along with their suitability to take on a Board role in the near future. Companies can also sponsor their top performers to attend the program

Career Goals

Applicants should aspire to join a board within the next 1-3 years with clear readiness to complete the program, as assessed through your application and CV

Experience

Applicants must currently be in a senior or C-suite level role with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a business or a relevant sector of your industry.

Availability

Applicants must be available to commit to 4 hours of learning weekly for the duration of the program.

  • 2–4 hours per week to fully engage in all program events and activities
  • All Modules will be taught virtually
  • Every module is covered in a 2-hour meeting that takes place on Saturdays and 1-2 hours of self-directed and peer activities during the week

Applicants will receive notification of the status of their applications within 5 working days. Successful applicants will be sent payment links. Cost depends on when payment is made. 

  • Early Bird Application – $220
  • Standard Application – $250
  • Late Application – $300
