About The Program
PAWEN’s Women in Tech Conference is an annual event designed to inspire and empower African women to start and succeed in Tech careers.
The AEP is a free and intensive six-week program where participants receive hands-on knowledge, coaching, and mentorship to start and scale a successful yet sustainable business. The AEP program equips aspiring female entrepreneurs with the Confidence, Competence, and Connections to start and succeed in their entrepreneurial journey.
