About the Program

The C-suite Leadership Program (SheSuite Africa) is designed to support high-potential women as they prepare for senior executive leadership. It addresses the gap between strong functional performance and the broader strategic, leadership, and enterprise-level capabilities required at the C-suite.

The program equips participants with advanced leadership competence, executive-level strategy and decision-making frameworks, and the confidence to lead with authority and influence. Through practical learning, executive mentoring, and peer engagement, participants strengthen their leadership presence, expand their strategic perspective, and build the connections needed to progress into executive and enterprise leadership roles.

A clearly defined executive leadership identity grounded in self-awareness, wellbeing, and an understanding of power, influence, and presence, enabling you to lead with authenticity and authority at senior levels.

2.

Advanced leadership, strategy, and decision-making frameworks to lead in complex, high-stakes environments, including enterprise leadership, financial acumen, digital dexterity, and navigating disruption in the future of work.
