Ways to Partner as an Individual

Faculty

Share your expertise. Shape women leaders and entrepreneurs across Africa.

PAWEN Faculty are experienced professionals, practitioners, and thought leaders who contribute as facilitators, mentors, coaches, or subject matter experts across our leadership and entrepreneurship programs. Faculty play a critical role in equipping women and young people with the competence, confidence, and connections needed to lead, build, and scale.

This is a flexible, high impact opportunity to contribute your expertise while engaging with a pan African community committed to inclusive growth and leadership. Faculty roles include:

  • Facilitating masterclasses or workshops
  • Mentoring or coaching program participants
  • Contributing as a subject matter expert to panels, curriculum, or advisory sessions

What to expect:

  • Engagement on a program or cohort basis
  • Time commitment of approximately 2 to 4 hours per cohort
  • Primarily virtual delivery, with occasional in person opportunities
  • Clear scope, expectations, and session briefs provided per engagement

Faculty Application Form

Individual Donor or Program Supporter

Turn your giving into measurable impact.

Support PAWEN through individual donations or targeted program sponsorship. Your contribution directly funds leadership development, entrepreneurship support, and market access for women across Africa, with clear outcomes and accountability. 

With as little as $40 (N50,000) you can support one young woman to participate in our Girlpreneur Africa Program or Aspiring Extrepreneurs Program for free and launch her own business.
